Description 

E-commerce Strategy DevelopmentResponsible for crafting and implementing a successful e-commerce strategy and driving e-commerce sales and revenue 
Website ManagementOverseeing the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, ensuring it’s user-friendly, visually appealing
Managing product listings, pricing, and tracking & reporting, Identifying and resolving blockers.
User Experience (UX) Optimisation - Working to improve the online shopping experience 
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Analysing user behaviour and applying strategies to increase complete an action or purchase. A/B testing, optimising product pages, and improving calls to action.
SEO - Developing and executing SEO strategies to increase the site’s visibility in search engine results
Digital MarketingManaging online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) to drive traffic and conversions.
Customer Service IntegrationOwn the roadmap for customer service solutions like live chat, chatbots, or customer support.
Analytics and Reporting - Using analytics tools to monitor website performance, sales, customer behaviour, and other essential metrics.
Competitor Analysis - Consistently monitoring competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer RetentionDeveloping strategies to retain customers through loyalty programs, email marketing, and personalised recommendations.
Compliance and Legal - Ensuring compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations, including consumer protection and data privacy.
Vendor and Partner Relationshipsmanaging relationships with suppliers and other vendors to ensure seamless operations.
