About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager who’s driven, passionate about customer relationships, and eager to make an impact. In this role, you will manage key relationships with residential home builders, drive sales, and help shape the company's growth. With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure customers have the right products to meet their needs and become a trusted advisor in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales and distribution efforts, ensuring seamless service and exceptional delivery to residential home builders
  • Foster long-lasting relationships, becoming a go-to resource for your clients
  • Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions to elevate their experience
  • Generate new business through proactive lead generation, including cold calls and following up on marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in the CRM system, ensuring the highest data integrity
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends, product innovations, and pricing updates to keep your customers informed
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales—preferably in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced industry
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and managing client data
  • In-depth knowledge of the building industry and market dynamics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
