Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, managing purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements, and handling bank reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end accounting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including the coordination of payment runs and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of statutory filings, such as business activity statements and payroll tax returns.
- Work closely with external accountants and auditors to facilitate the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- You are currently pursuing or have partially completed your CA or CPA.
- Proficiency in financial software, particularly Xero, is essential.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Your communication skills are exceptional, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- You are adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
