Job Description
In this role, you will support senior management with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Managing phone calls, filing, and preparing general correspondence with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining the calendar and schedule for management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and domestic/international travel in line with company policies.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, including hotels, restaurants, event agencies, and entertainment providers.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, expense processing, business presentations, and preparing meeting minutes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive administrative experience and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and goal orientation, with a high level of energy.
- Two COVID vaccinations are required due to the nature of the industry.
