Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee efficient fee collection processes.
- Billing and Discounts: Manage billing processes, calculate fees, and apply adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Professionally engage with clients on outstanding fees and payment plans.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze aging reports for informed decision-making.
- Reconciliations and General Ledger: Perform account reconciliations and maintain ledger accuracy.
- Expense Tracking and Reporting: Monitor expenses and aid in budgeting processes.
- Accounts Payable Support: Assist with invoice processing and vendor reconciliations.
- Payroll and Asset Management: Support payroll functions and maintain asset registers.
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensure adherence to policies and drive financial process improvements.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with expertise in accounts receivable and financial reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with financial databases is essential.
- Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with management systems similar to TASS.
