Role

The purpose of the Product Manager role is to manage the complete product lifecycle for electrical accessories, from ideation to launch. This includes market research, defining product requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality and effective market strategies.
 
Primary responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle for electrical accessories, from concept through market launch and beyond.
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development.
  • Work with engineering, marketing, and sales to define and refine product requirements and specifications.
  • Create and maintain a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to timelines.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to craft and execute effective market entry strategies.
  • Analyse performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated success as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on electrical products.
  • Deep understanding of electrical accessories trends, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to act swiftly and accurately under pressure.
  • Skilled at translating customer needs and frustrations into actionable product requirements.
  • Excellent abilities in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Effective at communicating and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to achieve results.
  • Committed to high-quality product delivery with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience as an electrical contractor preferred.
