Business Analyst (Dynamics 365 F & O)

Position Overview:  Business Analyst to support our transition to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation team, ensuring that D365 F&O meets our organisational requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document detailed functional requirements for the D365 F&O implementation.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyse current processes and systems, creating process maps, user stories, and use cases to guide the D365 F&O rollout.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and execute testing scenarios to ensure system functionality aligns with requirements; manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the D365 F&O system.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with D365 F&O or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
