Description 

  • Develop and implement innovative business initiatives to drive growth .
  • identify and engage potential clients across various sectors with impactful outcomes for all parties.
  • Collaborate with the Specialist Service Manager and senior Business development Manager to enhance value propositions and go-to-market strategies for the life sciences sector.
  • Provide internal market feedback to innovate the value proposition and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct market segmentation and identify trends to inform strategic plans and create new opportunities .
  • Identify, develop, manage, and maintain opportunities to grow the business through organic relationships at state and national levels.
  • Implement business development strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and agreed business targets.
  • Report on current activities and new business development opportunities .


Profile

  • Extensive experience in Business Development across any sector with a true hunter mentality 
  • Proven track record in driving business strategy with experience and passion in B2B sales or business development
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and successfully execute vision and purpose
  • Knowledge of modern business practices, with the ability to develop new growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends and act to sustain market performance
  • Ability to develop and maintain a national client base
  • Strong written communication skills for producing well-formatted business reports
  • Positive approach to continuous improvement and change management
  • Representation at industry and networking events
