They are offering an opportunity to make a huge impact a Client relationship manager or Business Development Manager. You will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance the impact of the organisation. This key leadership role needs a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in business development, a nuanced understanding of the NDIS framework, and the ability to foster crucial partnerships.

Description 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business/client development strategy
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, needs, and potential opportunities within the disability services sector under NDIS.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and staying informed about changes in policies or regulations.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with other organisations, community groups, or health care providers
  • Expand reach, and create collaborative solutions that align with the goals of the organisation
  • Take the lead in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue streams, such as securing new contracts, grants, or funding opportunities.
  • Create and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the organisation's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, families, service providers, and government agencies.
  • Lead the preparation of compelling proposals, tenders, and grant applications to secure funding and partnerships.
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and forums to raise awareness and promote the organisations presence in the disability services community.

Profile

  • Strong influencing skills, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire a team toward achieving business development goals.
  • Thorough understanding of the NDIS framework and regulations.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional business development and relationship development skills.
  • A genuine empathy and passion 
  • Multilingual candidates will be highly regarded 
  • Established network and connections within the disability services industry.
  • Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to identify and leverage partnership opportunities to enhance organisational presence.
