About the Role 

This is a business services accountancy role with a large focus on tax advisory. You will be ready to step into an immediate leadership position and guide a talented team. In addition, you will: 
  • Undertake complex & in-depth research of tax issues and production of written advice  
  • Tax effect accounting 
  • Work on clients with international headquarters and Australian subsidiaries 
  • Draft tax advice letters and reports  
  • Provides practical and commercial business advice; 
  • Prepare/deliver in-house tax training; 
  • Develop an intermediate understanding of the following concepts; Employee Incentive Plans and Taxation of Foreign Income. 
  • Train and mentor, a team of ambitious accountants 
 

About You 
  • Full CA/CPA/CTA qualification 
  • 8+ years business services/advisory experience 
  • The ability to form strong and loyal relationships with clients 
  • Experience in delivering technical tax advice to a multinational client base 
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills 
  • Australian permanent residency and be onshore
