Our client has an incredible story, as an FMCG business dedicated to providing products to aid in a healthy lifestyle they are also focused on fighting hunger in our community. For each calorie purchased through their product range our client donates that calorie in the form of its product to the homeless and vulnerable in our community, purchasing baked goods and partnering with charitable companies giving away meals every Sunday at Martin Place, Sydney. They are also currently working on direct distribution straight to families in need. They are not content with simply feeding the hungry; they are committed to empowering individuals and communities to break free from the vicious cycle of hunger. As the Ad Campaign Manager you will be instrumental in bringing to life the products and incredible work EQ are involved in, not only will this be a professionally rewarding role but it will also have ado good/ feel good factor that reaches beyond the 9-5.

The Role
- Run social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tiktok and Pinterest campaigns
- Explore all opportunities for organic growth through community and influencer strategies
- Build, monitor and optimise paid search and shopping campaigns
- Report on key metrics, ensure KPI’s and targets are being met
- Track campaign spend pacing to ensure monthly budget caps are met
- Execute test and learn framework to ensure on-going improvements are made to campaign efficiency,
- Actively make recommendations on ways to improve campaign structure or performance
- Working closely with business owner, CEO and senior leadership team on providing and creating content across all products and charity activity.
- Assist in the development of feed driven media campaigns through Google and affiliate, social and marketplace activity
- Audit campaign setup, monitor account performance and product feeds for errors
Display, social & audience
- Build and maintain a range of audience segments to improve targeting in media ad campaigns
- Manage creative briefing process, ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec
- Work to test and optimise each digital media channel through a bespoke MTA model
- Assist in the planning and forecast process in collaboration with the finance team to ensure each paid media channel is providing an ROI
About you
- Tertiary qualification in marketing/business
- Demonstrated experience in digital paid media/marketing role, either client or agency side
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and drive projects from conception through to implementation and post analysis
- Experience with Google Ads & and all social channels
- Experience working with data and reporting platforms
- Well organised with proficient time management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
