Key responsibilities
  • Manage your portfolio of clients and relationships effectively.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial and taxation matters.
  • Oversee workflow processes, ensuring thorough review of compliance work.
  • Business Advisory work including cash flow forecasting and budgeting etc.
  • Ensure timely completion of all compliance reporting and lodgement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 accountants, provide coaching and guidance.
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience within an Australian public practice firm.
  • Completion of an accounting, finance or commerce degree.
  • Australian or New Zealand permanent residency.
  • CA or CPA qualification in Australia.
  • Deliver great client experience.
  • Experience leading and managing accountants.
  • Professional, problem-solver and flexible.
  • Have excellent communication skills and technical knowledge.
