Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay updated on product and service offerings.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain order accuracy.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
