Client Details
Our client has the privilege of being classified as Australia’s only true luxury brand. Their business is steeped in a wonderful history that optimises the beauty all around us. They are currently inviting an Event Manager to join their team. This will be an opportunity you will want to jump out of bed for every day, it will be diverse and will ultimately see you surrounded by luxury and beauty on a daily basis. This role would be suited someone from an event agency or corporate environment that is used to creating bespoke, unique large and small scale luxury events with a guest list incorporating VIP clients.
Description
· Event planning and execution, producing run sheets, briefing the operations team, liaising with suppliers and overseeing all event details and logistics
· Responsible for creating annual events calendar and driving new event opportunities
· Communication and management of expectations of internal Directors and stakeholders
· Assessing sponsorship requests and responding in a timely and appropriate manner
· Assisting Partnerships & Events Manager with maintaining an effective and current database for key accounts
· Liaising and managing external production companies to execute large scale events
· Manage internal communication around the event calendar and provide event briefs to Managers and senior management
· Assist and support the Partnerships & Events Manager with the execution of strategic partnerships
· Ensure all event budgets have relevant approvals
· Responsible for assessing all sponsorship opportunities
· Assist PR & Comms Manager with requests
Profile
You will have an understanding of the who's who of event suppliers from florists to caterers and have established exceptional relationships. You understand luxury and what it means to create an exceptional immersive experience that will be talked about for years to come.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with internal and external teams
- Established "little black book"of exceptional suppliers for all event aspects
- Exceptional project management and organisation skills - ability to multitask; prioritise and take on new projects at short notice
- Outstanding attention to detail and flawless execution
- Ability to read the room and not be afraid to get your hands dirty
- Excellent personal presentation
