The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide deep financial and business insights. You will leverage your expertise to drive operational and strategic decisions using data, delivering positive outcomes for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly financial results, annual budgets, and ongoing forecasts.
- Full responsibility for preparation and submission of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Deliver accurate and timely financial and production information to support decision-making at an operational level.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with managers across various departments, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Contribute to general finance functions by supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Support the business with internal audit processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Some travel required
- Proven experience in finance, business insights, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You will be a qualified professional with experience working in large corporates,
- FMCG, Supermarkets, agriculture or Manufacturing enviroments will be advantageous
- Expertise in using financial tools and software to generate granular insights.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to handle ad-hoc tasks with ease.
- Understanding of Costing
