Join an organization that is passionate about service, people and culture. Due to high growth a need has been identified for a detail orientated Finance Manager to work closely with the CFO and manage a small team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, supervise, support, and foster a committed and supportive team.
- Review monthly financial statements and budget comparisons across each entity, ensuring that relevant financial data is presented to Group CFO for Board reporting and consolidations.
- Oversee the initial and ongoing financial considerations, profitability, and compliance
- Review monthly general ledger reconciliations and manage resolution of reconciling items requiring action from the Team
- Assist CFO with organizational budgeting process, statutory audits, and tax returns
- 3- 5 experience working in a business services environment and a complex commercial organization is essential
- CA qualified
- Experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
