Reporting to the CFO your role will include:
Controller of the Group’s cash position and the implementation of cash-focused remediations & strategiesSupervise the financial reporting close process, regulatory obligations, audit, taxation lodgements & payroll compliance.
Leading the monthly and annual budgeting & re-forecasting process
Management of the monthly financial reporting pack and board.
Development of internal controls and financial reporting policies, ensuring compliance
Provide leadership, training, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members.
Process improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, alongside sound experience in financial accounting, particularly within a large complex corporation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, as you will build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to effective financial management outcomes.
