The Role
As the Financial Controller, you will:

  • Serve as a vital member of the Senior Executive Team, overseeing financial governance and business optimization.
  • Lead the finance department, ensuring compliance with group policies and supporting the strategic goals of the business.
  • Manage and develop a dedicated team, including roles in accounting, payroll, and credit control.
  • Directly support senior management on financial, commercial, and strategic matters.
  • Oversee critical financial operations, including ERP management, balance sheet reconciliation, cost control, and budgeting.
We Are Searching For

  • A qualified CPA or CA with 10-15 years of finance/accounting experience, including experience as a Company Secretary.
  • Strong background in the manufacturing or construction sector (essential).
  • A strategic thinker with experience in financial governance and ERP systems.
  • A team leader who can mentor, inspire, and support a high-performing finance team.
  • An experienced professional who values integrity, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
