Role Overview:


The Functional Lead - ECP ensures the design, configuration, and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module. This role drives best practices, ensures compliance, and leverages system capabilities for automation and efficiency, while managing operational support and system enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with technical teams and vendors.
  • Lead system enhancements from design to testing and process documentation.
  • Align system changes with business goals, pay policies, and regulations.
  • Manage payroll system releases and assess their impact on business processes.
  • Support payroll reporting through Spinifex, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors for effective payroll solutions.

Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system configuration and support.
  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite and managing replication between EC and ECP.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proven coordination skills for managing system enhancements and testing.
