As they continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Payroll Functional Lead to join on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is an exciting opportunity to work on key projects and manage payroll processes within our SAP landscape, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll operations.


Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Lead to manage and optimise payroll processes within the SAP system. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, business processes, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that payroll systems meet business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading payroll projects, system configuration, and troubleshooting any payroll-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:

● Providing SAP Success Factors direct technical support to P&C HR Operations, Payroll, and Workforce Planning teams and other stakeholders, supporting day to day operations.
● Maintain strong knowledge of Success Factors and interactions with other integrated systems including ECP and COMPASS, quickly troubleshooting problems and proposing solutions.
● Work with business stakeholders to understand and capture their requirements, and translating requirements to functional specifications to support efficiency in solution development
● Lead projects implementing improvements to SAP Successfactors and associated modules, aligned with the organisational strategy.
● Directly address and manage the resolution of defects and change requests, communicating with stakeholders on timelines, progress and outcomes.
● Provide input on ways to improve operational efficiency by analysing the current processes and removing redundancies.
● Collaborates with People & Culture and Information Technology on the successful deployment and evaluation of solutions, ensuring relevance, accuracy, timeliness, and optimal productivity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience working with SAP Successfactors in a functional lead role.
  • Experience in global payroll processing and compliance is preferred.
  • SAP Payroll certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
