Client Details

They are currently inviting a Head of Digital to plan, craft and consult on their clients digital strategies, This is a growth role and a you will be a very welcome addition to this small buy mighty team here in Australia, the ultimate goal will be to lead and grow a robust digital team.

Description 

  • Champion digital and social media marketing and content expertise, and drive quality, innovation and expertise in this area.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Create compelling content including posts, stories, and videos optimized for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Identify and engage with creators, influencers and brand advocates to amplify the message and reach new audiences
  • Analyse digital and social media metrics and insights to optimize performance, track KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Keep clients current with the latest developments and emerging technology with social media and content platforms
  • Work with the Data & Analytics, Digital, Creative and Integrated Communications teams to develop well-informed strategies and plans using data-driven insight
  • Be involved in the briefing process to challenge client briefs and develop creative briefs that guide creative ideation
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage content for search marketing and SEO, and communicate these benefits to clients
  • Demonstrate excellence in client service and satisfaction, maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s businesses, industry, priorities and competitive landscape  
 

Profile

  • Expert in strategic communications, with a focus on digital, social and influencer marketing
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills
  • Proficient in social media management, trends, and innovations
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Stakeholder and agency management experience
  • Strong data, statistics, and insights application skills
  • Strong brand management experience
  • An energetic and ambitious personality, keen to grow a team!
