HR Advisor (Vietnamese Speaking)
Location: Parramatta

They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to innovative and inclusive people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes: contracts, recruitment, job descriptions, advertising, compliance, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Advise and support staff on workforce planning, performance, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workplace health & safety.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Drive initiatives to improve staff and leadership effectiveness in meeting organisational goals.
  • Prepare HR reports, briefs, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems for staff, managers, and executives.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines align with best practices and organisational goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Challenges:
  • Managing competing priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving people and culture trends and workforce strategies.
