Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes: contracts, recruitment, job descriptions, advertising, compliance, onboarding, and exit interviews.
- Advise and support staff on workforce planning, performance, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workplace health & safety.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Drive initiatives to improve staff and leadership effectiveness in meeting organisational goals.
- Prepare HR reports, briefs, and documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR systems for staff, managers, and executives.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines align with best practices and organisational goals.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Managing competing priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
