IAM Specialist

We are working with a well known healthcare provider who are embarking on a large digital transformation across their entire operations. The environment is very much "Greenfields" with the opportunity to get into a large program of work at the very beginning where you can influence decision making on selected new systems, processes and the general pathway ahead. As part of their transformation they are looking at uplifting their Cyber Security posture with several newly created positions. 

The Identity & Access Management Specialist will work within the IAM stream to identify and drive improvements across the Cyber Security area, working closely with other members of the Cyber Security team. 

Key areas of focus:

- Develop and drive an IAM roadmap in collaboration with the Manager IT Security & Governance.
- Analyse the environment to assess the maturity and identify areas of improvement.
- Drive tactical improvements for the management of identities and access across the Group.
- Work on implementing IAM tooling which may include solutions for Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Password Management.
- Work on implementing IAM practices through people and process leveraging existing capabilities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Policy, Standards, Guidelines and Procedures.
- Collaborate with the broader IT Security & Governance practice to continue to develop the practice, and optimise outcomes.
