Profile
- Managing day to day operations a small support team in compliance with ITIL framework
- Lead, inspire, oversee, and nurture a professional team for efficient practice and process delivery
- Serve as an escalation point, aiding the team in resolving requests, incidents, calls, and interactions
- Ongoing coaching and improvement of team members and their skillset
- Escalation, Problem and Stake Management from the business
- Process improvement, training and documentation
- Trend analysis of calls and problem escalation for root cause investigation
- Developing and leading a culture of quality, teamwork, consistency and continuous improvement
- Monitoring & defining KPI’s for Service Desk and IT Teams to keep in line with Business SLA’s
- Endorse the company policies and code of conduct to be followed by the team
- Manage third-party vendor and supplier relationships and performance
Key Responsibilities
- Possess a degree in ICT or a relevant field, or hold significant equivalent experience
- Innovatively manage ICT services to achieve continuous improvement and cost efficiency
- Diligently uphold compliance and manage Cyber risks as per established policies
- Implement incident and change management processes to enhance platform resilience and engage key stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrate significant experience in leading technology operational service delivery, managing relationships, and budgets in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Possess a strong understanding of ITIL
- Hold substantial knowledge of application lifecycles, management processes, and practices, from inception to disposal
- Exhibit developed leadership skills and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
