Client Details

A fantastic opportunity for a Sydney -based consturction lawyer with a minimum of 2 + years PQE has arisen to join a leading Australian organisation. The role will involve supporting the senior legal counsel in the management of legal issues within the company as part of a supportive, collaborative and highly experienced legal team.


Description 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Reviewing a variety of legal documentation
  • Supporting the bid team with contract negotiations
  • Assisting in creating special contract conditions for successful projects, including for subcontracts, consultancy agreements and supply agreements.
  • Negotiating consultancy and supplier agreements
  • Identifying legal-commercial risks
  • Keeping the business updated on the latest legal legislation
