Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing a variety of legal documentation
- Supporting the bid team with contract negotiations
- Assisting in creating special contract conditions for successful projects, including for subcontracts, consultancy agreements and supply agreements.
- Negotiating consultancy and supplier agreements
- Identifying legal-commercial risks
- Keeping the business updated on the latest legal legislation
Profile
Key Requirements:
