Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice on major claims, disputes, and litigation.
• Building strong relationships with business partners and senior stakeholders.
• Managing external counsel in major disputes and litigation.
• Project managing all legal aspects of litigation and claims.
• Ensuring robust governance and risk management to address legal risks.

Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE working on complex large-scale disputes and litigation gained at a major law firm.
• Previous experience in an in-house legal team preferred.
• Knowledge of the general insurance and financial services industry, with experience in insurance claims and disputes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Proficient in legal writing, court document preparation, legal analysis, and contract negotiation.
