An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager to lead Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across multiple locations in Western and Southern Sydney. In this role, you will manage a team of over 50 employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SIL services, ensuring consumer-centered outcomes.
• Support a team of over 50 employees across multiple sites.
• Oversee operational and financial performance, including a $6 million budget.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant qualifications in Disability or Community Services.
• Proven management experience in the disability sector.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
