Manager Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Western and Southern Sydney Suburbs
- Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SIL services, ensuring consumer-centered outcomes.
- Support a team of over 50 employees across multiple sites.
- Oversee operational and financial performance, including a $6 million budget.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Relevant qualifications in Disability or Community Services.
- Proven management experience in the disability sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
