Client Details

We have been exclusively retained by our client who are a rapidly growing B2B family business valuing hard work and professionalism, they are serious when we say customer service is their highest priority and they are constantly developing and enhancing their product range to meet and exceed their customers’ needs. They are currently inviting a seasoned B2B industrial Sales manager to take the helm, you will oversea an established team of dedicated high performing individuals and support them to further drive the growth of the business. 


Description 

  • Lead the national sales strategy to align with business goals, identify market opportunities, and expand market share.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach the sales team of 5 nationally to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Set and track sales targets, develop plans, and drive both short- and long-term revenue growth.
  • Implement training programs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure the team’s ongoing development.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on messaging, product offerings, and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and use data insights to optimise strategies.
  • Manage the sales budget to ensure effective resource allocation and maximise ROI.


Profile

  • Sales management experience and a strong background in senior-level coaching or professional mentoring are essential.
  • Experience in managing both project-based sales and the day-to-day sales of consumables.
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical accessories is highly desirable.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts is desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies in a changing environment.
