FutureYou are delighted to be partnered with a group of Allied Health practices who are committed to providing high-quality, evidence OT services.
They provide both in clinic and in home care to children and adults in Western Sydney.
They have had steady, organic growth over the past 2.5 years which has lead to the creation of 2 more OT's roles. They are looking for exceptional talent to join their genuinely supportive and passionate team.

Their Ideal candidate profile:

• A current and valid driver’s license.
• Valid working rights in Australia or open to visa sponsorship for OT’s with an exceptional track record.
• Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and policies.
• Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest therapy techniques and approaches.
• 4-5 years’ experience as an OT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patience when working with clients with diverse needs.
• Passionate about helping people, a commitment to delivering client centred care.

Qualifications/Certification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• NDIS Clearance Check or the ability or able to obtain.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) or able to obtain.

Desirable

• Experience working in a hospital environment will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge and experience working with people with complex mental health conditions will be highly regarded.
