Description

As a Principal IT Analyst, you will oversee core technology services for the ANZ business, including end-user support, networking, infrastructure, and digital platforms.

This hands-on role requires operating within a regional/global matrix to align IT services with business needs and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Head of IT APAC, this role is ideal for a top-tier candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading digital workplace initiatives: user device standards, lifecycle management, Microsoft 365, mobility, and video conferencing.
  • Driving strategic initiatives for end-user support, leveraging global/regional services, and self-service/automation solutions.
  • Overseeing IT application support to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Facilitating effective communication among technical teams, vendors, and internal clients.
  • Partnering with business units to identify impactful IT solutions and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic direction and advocate for technology solutions.
  • Managing projects, including planning, tracking progress, and communicating updates.
Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years, with at least 3 years in end-user support and 3 years in networking and IT infrastructure.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in core technology services, including networking, video conferencing, and digital solutions.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, including user adoption, training, and process automation.
  • Vendor Management: Expertise in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
  • Communication: Skilled in conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of technology applications and limitations.
  • Regulatory Experience: Experience in regulated environments with strong documentation skills.
