Client Details
My client is a major Non-Bank Lending organisation within the Securitisation sector known for their culture focused on employee growth and progression, with hybrid WFH flexibility.
Description
The Quantitative Analyst will join the Treasury team in a broad role focusing on the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to model establishment and development
- Perform analytics on upcoming structured transactions and new products as well as perform analytics on competitors, the market and interest rate risk
- Work closely with various derivative products such as swaps, options, futures, FX as well as hedging
- Monitor and address issues related to trading activities, risk management, and risk systems.
- Adhoc projects
Profile
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years quant analyst experience
- 2+ years experience building models from scratch
- Experience working with balance sheets across both assets and liabilities
- Experience working with swaps, options, FX, interest rate risk and hedging
- Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial or Finance
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services will be highly regarded
- Experience within Securitisation or Structured Finance will be highly regarded
- Experience working with Python, R, Tableau, SQL, VBA, PowerBI etc
Job Offer
The salary on offer is $120k to $160k base + super + bonus potential.
