Registry Officer
Government sector based in Goulburn
FULL TIME – 4 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities



  • The role is mostly an administrative role, tasks include:
  • Copying files, scanning files
  • Emailing scanned documents to Tribunal Members
  • Simple reception duties (directing clients to the correct hearing room or arranging for another staff member to attend to an in person enquiry)
  • Straightforward phone enquiries. (mostly transferring calls to appropriate officer)
  • Mail duties
  • Transferring files between levels/buildings 
  • Some data entry and document production


Seeking someone with:


  • High energy (can be on feet copying/scanning files for 3-4 hours each day)
  • Good attention to detail – as legal environment accuracy is critical
  • Experience in high volume environment preferred
