About the Client
Our client is a renowned, large, regional NSW firm with offices across multiple locations. They are currently recruiting for a 100% work from home role to assist with the exponential growth of their client base, and work on business services and business advisory task for their largest office based in NSW.

About the Role
This would suit a capable accountant with experience managing a portfolio of clients who is able to relate to clients from varying backgrounds. You will be supported by the Directors as well as a team of onshore staff.
The clients are SMEs, some with more complex group structures and turnovers between $2-40m. They come from a range of industries however primary production would be the largest industry from which they derive.
The work is a mix of reviewing tax compliance and tax planning work, assisting with more complex tax matters, identifying areas for value-add and offering business advice.
You will manage a small team of juniors, intermediates and a senior.

Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA qualification
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Minimum 5 years public practice experience
- Technologically adept and confidence in working with clients virtually
- Australian/NZ permanent residency essential
