Key Responsibilities
- Work with the managers and partners, while guiding 2-4 juniors and intermediates.
- Partake in client engagement.
- Work on tax matters, conduct tax returns and complete financial statements.
- Work with local and national clients including HNWIs to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Host face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients.
- Organise workflows and review work for your team.
- Manage tasks such as cash flow forecasting, management accounting, board report packs, succession planning and budgeting.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 4-6 years experience within public practice.
- Complete or near completion of CA/CPA.
- Be technically adept with accounting standards.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Australian permanent resident or citizen.
