Job Description:

The company is looking to hire a Senior Solution Architect to lead and oversee the customers and sales domain. This role will drive the strategic direction of the company’s omnichannel solutions and CRM systems, ensuring that customer interactions are digital, secure, and optimised for scalability and efficiency. As a key player in the organisation, the Senior Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to design and implement solutions that align with the company's long-term goals. The architect will also be responsible for ensuring that all solutions are technically sound, secure, and scalable, while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions for the customer and sales domain, focusing on creating secure, seamless, and scalable digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define, architect, and deploy omnichannel solutions that integrate various sales channels (online, mobile, physical stores, etc.).
  • Spearhead the reimplementation of the company’s CRM to ensure it meets the growing needs of the business and is aligned with customer-centric strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current technology systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the solutions are aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols for digital customer experiences, addressing any vulnerabilities and risks within the e-commerce and CRM platforms.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project goals, progress, and any technical challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in e-commerce, digital customer experience, and secure digital technologies to continuously innovate the solutions the company offers.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect with a solid background in delivering digital solutions for large-scale enterprises.
  • Expertise in secure digital customer experiences and e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex omnichannel solutions and re-engineer CRM systems to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Strong technical background in various technology stacks, with a focus on modern cloud architectures, microservices, and APIs.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and delivering enterprise-level projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • A collaborative team player who works well under pressure and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset to identify root causes and devise effective solutions.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and hands-on technical leadership.
