• Campaign analyst role for a National Organisation
• Full campaign analysis, from gathering to execution and insights
• Work with a high performing team, reporting to the Manager – Campaign Analytics

Description:
The Campaign Analyst will collaborate with Business Unit stakeholders to identify key business challenges, and the metrics needed to drive outcomes. They will manage the full campaign analysis process, from gathering requirements and designing campaigns to execution and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Building, testing, auditing, and executing campaigns and propositions using the delivery platform, while preparing and cleansing custom data through Alteryx and/or SQL.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures and processes to safeguard from potential business risks.
• Converting marketing requirements into actionable campaign strategies and analytical tasks.
• Conducting data, statistical, and customer analysis to assess the impact of campaign interventions, product changes, and market dynamics on the business.
• Developing clear, structured recommendations and presenting findings to the business.
• Contributing to team productivity and driving process improvements.
Profile
• Bachelor in Business/Marketing/Statistics/IT.
• 3-5 years Campaign Management and / or Analytics experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience of Alteryx or similar analytics software.
• Experience in Campaign Management, ideally within a compliance, regulatory, or contractual framework.
• Understanding of Australian Privacy and Regulatory guidelines regarding customer information and its use.
• Knowledge of PEGA or similar system.
