Campaign Analyst – 12 Month Contract
Location: Sydney | Hybrid Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, audit, and execute marketing campaigns and propositions via the delivery platform.
- Cleanse and prepare bespoke data using Alteryx and/or SQL to ensure accuracy.
- Observe standard operating procedures to protect the business from any negative impacts.
- Translate marketing requirements into campaigns and analytical tasks.
- Perform data, statistical, and customer analysis to evaluate the impact of campaigns, product changes, and market dynamics.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations with structured, clearly articulated arguments.
- Consolidate data to provide a holistic view of customer behaviors, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to the overall productivity and continuous improvement of the team’s processes.
- Maintain documentation for audit trails and perform quality assurance checks on fellow analysts' work.
- Manage and update a centralized knowledge base and process documentation.
- Proven experience in campaign analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role, with experience using Alteryx and SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Experience in maintaining documentation and working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
