Customer Engagement Officer
Office-Based Role - Sydney Olympic Park
3 month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, web forms, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where necessary.
  • Coordinate proactive community communications to promote projects and manage customer expectations.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and generate reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and legislative obligations when handling sensitive information.
