Key Responsibilities
  • Assist a wide range of wealthy families in their investment and business interests.
  • Organise and maintain documentation and records.
  • Adhere to established procedures, technology protocols, and application usage.
  • Handle and manage invoices, transaction data, and associated documentation.
  • Analyse collected data to pinpoint any information requirements or gaps.
  • Generate draft management accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring they are fully reconciled.
  • Perform bank and investment account reconciliations.
  • Prepare supporting documents and working papers.
  • Engage in direct communication with clients.
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience at an Australian Public Practice firm.
  • Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
  • Great technical, problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with great collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
