Key Responsibilities
- Prepare income tax returns, financial statements, and BAS submissions.
- Communicate with the Australian Taxation Office as required.
- Assist in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve tax efficiency.
- Possess in-depth understanding of tax legislation and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct research and prepare written advisory reports.
- Plan for taxes and create cashflow projections.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience at an Australian Public Practice firm.
- Completed degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
- Great technical, problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with great collaboration skills.
- The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
