Talent Acquisition Consultant
Full-Time – 12 month contract
Sydney- Hybrid Work Arrangement

Role Purpose & Context:

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your role is integral to delivering an exceptional people experience that supports the creation of world-leading customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing best practice recruitment services while optimising talent engagement strategies across various business divisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient recruitment services through proactive partnerships and consultations with business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, simplification, and automation within recruitment practices and systems.
  • Source and create talent pipelines, ensuring alignment with the recruitment needs of the business.
  • Enhance the organisation’s employer brand through talent attraction initiatives, optimising the candidate experience and engagement.
  • Provide employment market insights and recommendations to business leaders, ensuring talent strategies align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to engage talent effectively, ensuring diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Manage and update the impact tracker with employee data, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with HR and TA systems.
  • Maintain system and data integrity by ensuring accurate tagging of roles and candidates in the recruitment system.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely renewals and transitions for contract and secondment end dates.
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition or HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, systems, and technology to manage the selection and assessment process.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results.
  • Ability to utilise data and reporting to drive insights and improve recruitment strategies.
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline is preferred.
 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with recruitment and selection assessments, tools, and systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high flexibility.
