Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and form strong relationships.
  • Advise clients regarding tax and business matters.
  • Manage team workflow, review work of juniors, and communicate with the Partner regularly regarding important issues.
  • Review tax returns and complete tax planning for various clients.
  • Mentor and guide a team of 3-5 staff.
  • Complete financial statements and resolve complex accounting matters.
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5-7+ years of experience within Australian public practice.
  • Australian permanent residency.
  • Completion of CA or CPA.
  • A Completed degree in Commerce, Accounting or Business.
  • Great communication and management skills.
