They are seeking a high-calibre Deal Execution Manager to join their Treasury & Securitisation team in this dynamic role.
Description
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Treasury Analyst / Treasury Manager with 5+ years of deal execution and structuring experience within securitisation to gain further depth and breadth of experiences in this end-to-end role.
Responsibilities include:
- Structuring and managing funding transactions, negotiating with institutional investors, and interacting with key capital market players.
- Provide critical analysis and recommendations to drive key funding decisions.
- Negotiate and build relationships with banks and investors to drive optimal outcomes for the business
- Understand and develop funding models through legal documentation interpretation;
- Manage the establishment and renewal of warehouse securitisation facilities;
- Bespoke analysis of funding structures and their performance
- Manage funder onboarding processes;
- Assist in the management of funder change requests.
To be successful, you must have:
- 5+ years deal execution and structuring experience within securitisation
- 5+ years experience with funding vehicles, legal documentation interpretation, pool cuts and triggers
- Prior experience in data analysis / interpretation / model manipulation / building models
- Experience working within a non-bank lender, trustee or ADI
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA)
