Policy Implementer and Trainer


Are you passionate about ensuring high standards in disability and aged care services? Do you thrive on implementing policies and delivering impactful training? We are seeking a Policy Implementer & Trainer to drive compliance, staff education, and continuous improvement across NDIS and Aged Care service streams.

 

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and training staff on organisational policies to ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards. You will work closely with leadership and frontline teams to tailor policies, deliver engaging training sessions, and assess staff competency to ensure best practices are upheld.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation – Review, update, and implement policies to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation – Develop and conduct workshops, induction programs, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Assessment & Compliance – Monitor training effectiveness, maintain records, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Work with operational teams to tailor training, ensure policy effectiveness, and stay updated on industry regulations.
  • Reporting & Evaluation – Track training outcomes, analyse feedback, and refine learning strategies based on data-driven insights.
 

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs—preferably in NDIS, aged care, or community services
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS, Aged Care Quality Standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
