Documentation Specialist
2 month Contract (potential to be 3 month)


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Documentation Specialist to support during a critical transition period. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a mature, hands-on team as they establish themselves as a standalone entity. The role will be responsible for tidying up all our documentation and presentations ensuring that we are using a ‘style guide’. 


Main duties and responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring all existing documents and presentations are correctly formatted and comply with the company’s documentation style guide
  • Creating new templates
  • Collaborating with different departments to gather and interpret the information needed for documentation
  • Developing a system / register of templates
  • Training staff on how to access the documents they need
  • Protecting the security of sensitive company documents
  • Updating and revising documents as necessary
Skills required:
  • Be a guru with MS Office applications, especially in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient in SharePoint and Adobe
  • Have a solid understanding of working with ISO9001
  • Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role within Professional Services (using a style guide)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
