Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Executive Assistant (EA) to provide executive-level support to a member of our Exco. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—you will be a key player in enhancing productivity, facilitating communication, and driving strategic outcomes. Your proactive approach and strong organisational skills will be crucial to success in this high-impact position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Executive Scheduling: Coordinate internal and external appointments, including complex domestic and international meetings, ensuring that key priorities are met and time is managed effectively.
- Document Management: Gather and organise information to create well-prepared documentation for meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all materials are formatted and presented to the highest standard.
- Travel & Accommodation: Arrange domestic and international travel, including travel requests, itineraries, and accommodation, ensuring seamless logistics for both executive and team members.
- Effective Time Management: Understand the Exco member’s priorities, ensuring their time is allocated effectively and in line with key business objectives.
- Confidentiality & Communication: Professionally manage confidential emails and actions awaiting responses. Act as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Liaison: Work closely with other EAs internally and externally, ensuring any scheduling conflicts or constraints are addressed proactively.
- Executive-Level Support Experience: Proven experience supporting C-Suite or Executive Leadership Team members within a sophisticated organisation.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly developed verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to represent the Exco member and teh organisation professionally and calmly in all situations.
- Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Comfort in adapting to shifting priorities and a demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster collaboration, build relationships, and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
