FutureYou have partnered with an incredible business in the recruitment of a new Financial Controller/Head of Finance to create the finance function from scratch. 

This business has become incredibly successful over a short period of time and it is now paramount they get their back end function up and running.

They have some headcount supporting the basic functions (AP, AR, payroll) however, this role is to create the department. Roll your sleeves up and get stuck in! Create, recruit, document and stategise. 

They are a industrial, blue collar business.

Description 

• Full hands on and then overseeing accounting and commercial finance duties such as month end and all reporting, forecasting, budgeting etc.
• Management of a small, junior team.
• Strategic review of what this team/business needs.
• Create and document SOPs.
• Ensuring processes and regulations are compliant.
• Audit.
• Evaluating and mitigating all risk.

This would suit someone keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into a newly created role and team - eventually, this role will sit above and oversee, reducing all hands on duties as the team grows.

Profile

In order to be considered please ensure you have experience from a blue collar business such as industrial, manufacturing, wholesale etc. This is due to the fact they have stock/inventory and need this valuable knowledge. 

This is an on-site role based in Revesby however, of course comes with some flexibility. 

Job Offer

This role can be called either Financial Controller OR Head of Finance.

They are paying between $150k - $170k + Super however, if you are perfect for the role, this can of course flex. 

They have parking on-site.
