The Role
As a Financial Controller, you will:
- Ensure accurate monthly reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Provide strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Leverage the "Frameworks" ERP system for comprehensive financial management.
- Oversee and improve financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Train and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and drive high performance.
A results-driven professional with:
- A CA or CPA qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver actionable financial insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with "Frameworks" is highly advantageous).
- A proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
