Description
- Collaborate on marketing mix planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing activity campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to add marketing and digital activity.
- Management and creation of product business cases
- Hold annual and quarterly planning meetings.
- Populate and manage a sharable calendar of activity in Monday.com
- Collaborate with category managers and cross team stakeholders to create go-to-market product launches and product brands.
- Manage and oversee social media presence for relevant individual brands and the Group
- Collaborate on creating and distributing corporate communications
- Collaborate with HR and manage a corporate comms calendar.
- Create and share content on social media.
- Direct blog post content.
- Collaborate on promotional merchandise strategies and procurement.
- Plan, coordinate and execute events, webinars, tradeshows and exhibitions.
- Oversee and support administrative tasks for tradeshows, events, and sponsorships.
- Provide strategic brand and voice of brand oversight to the Design team.
Profile
- Significant experience in brand management, marketing planning and communications.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign development and execution.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Knowledge of corporate communications and content
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong experience with organising tradeshow booths and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of marketing mix planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
