Profile


We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with an exceptional track record in both software and data engineering.

• Over 15 years of hands-on software engineering experience and 10+ years in data engineering, ideally in a software-first or data-driven organisation.
• A deep passion for emerging technologies, with strong knowledge of modern development practices such as Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing, diverse teams, building a culture of collaboration, trust, and innovation.
• Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and other cutting-edge tools that deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
• Experience with Python, React, Node, JavaScript, .NET, and productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, and GIT.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with product teams and senior leadership to define and execute bold technical strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting complex ideas to executives and representing the company at industry events.
